What is the Formula for Density Density is a physical property of a substance and it is the measure of the amount of mass in a given standard measure of volume. Density is a unique property and hence it is different for different substances. Therefore density is given as mass per unit volume and its formula is written as: density, d = (mass) / (volume). The unit of density depends on the unit of mass and unit of volume, and while measuring the standard density of a substance, density is usually calculated with respect to standard volume. Example 1: An object has a mass of 40grams. If the object has a volume of 6cm3, then what is the density of the object? Given: mass of the object, m = 40g Volume of the object, V = 6cm3 Density, d = (mass) / (volume) Now we apply the above formula to the given information of the question. This implies, density of the given object, d = (40g)/ (6cm3) This gives, density, d = 6.67g/cm3 Therefore, density of the given object is 6.67g/cm3 Example 2: A liquid in a beaker has a mass of 25grams. If the liquid occupies avolume of 100mL, then what is the density of the liquid? Given: mass of the liquid, m = 25g Volume of the liquid, V =100mL Density, d = (mass) / (volume) Now we apply the above formula to the given information of the question. This implies, density of the given liquid, d = (25g)/ (100mL) This gives, density, d = 0.25g/mL Therefore, density of the given liquid is 0.25g/mL

No matter how many complex techniques you work on, the most important thing you can learn is how to play with feeling. Playing with feeling is the same as thinking of what you want to say in a conversation when you talk. When youre playing in a group, the importance of listening to the other players cant be understated. Listening to Others When youre playing with other musicians, don’t just react to yourself and what you play.   Listen to what others are doing and learn from them. This makes you a better teammate and a better guitar player.   Jamming and playing with others is better when everyone plays. When you listen to others, youll also develop your ear with your own playing. For example, you may start noticing the differences between scales. The minor pentatonic is gritty and has some bite to it. The major pentatonic has a more old-time, smooth blues feel to it. Of course, making these sound like music as opposed to scales is an art unto itself, and that’s why you really have to listen. Think of notes as being different colors in the crayon box. Another part of listening is knowing when to play and when not to. Music is like talking; you have a moment where you pause to breathe in and out. Play and leave space for others to play, too. Learning the Basics After youve learned the basics, you can then expand into the more complex patterns on the guitar, having fun as you learn and go forward. Many students determine that it might be time to get some extra help from a tutor and really hone in on being successful on that one difficult subject that’s still holding them back. Whether its a third grader who needs help with math or a high school student who needs to refine their personal organization skills, tutoring can offer students an opportunity for a one-on-one experience to improve their academic life. However, a lot of kids think of tutoring as something that is not very fun, and so they avoid it. Tutoring sessions can be a lot of fun if the student, tutor, and parent work together our experienced Los Angeles private tutors are here to help you succeed in the New Year. 1.   Create the setting The first thing the student and tutor can do is create an atmosphere that makes tutoring more enjoyable. Choose topics the student is really interested in Many students work on reading or writing with their after-school tutor. When students read about dry topics, they tend to zone out quickly, so an inherent interest in a topic is essential. 4.
